Clown & Circus

Mick is a world-renowned clown with a ravenous appetite for the ridiculous. His unique perspective on clowning, exuberant physical acting, and circus expertise were developed at the prestigious École Nationale de Cirque de Montréal and, later, at the Hangar des Mines (with Michel Dallaire) in France.

Mick has garnered multiple prizes at the Festival Mondiale du Cirque de Demain in Paris, and also performed with international companies such as the Cirque du Soleil, The 7 Fingers, Palazzo Colombino, Circus Monti, Cyclope, Cirque Plume, and Ursus & Nadeschkin, bringing hilarity and comic innovation to hundreds of thousands of spectators around the world.

In 2016, Mick’s shows were produced by three French national theaters. Blueline Productions presented his solo clown show, “Moby Mick,” and in 2017 Mick was asked to learn Yann Frisch’s renowned act “Baltass” for the magic show Réveurs Définitifs. In 2018, Mick performed a comic duo trapeze act in Teatro Zinzanni’s “Hollywood & Vine,” and in the fall of 2022, he was featured in Malta as the main character in “Amora” with Cirque du Soleil. In addition, to performance he teaches workshops and master classes in Physical Humor, Clown, around the world. In 2024, Mick launched a Clown school “The Clown Garage.” The school’s mission is to be a one-stop shop for tune-ups, oil changes, and replacement parts in personal idiocy, physical humor, and clown. The Clown Garage specializes in the fine art of making mistakes, embracing failure, and challenging authority in the shameless pursuit of joy, belly laughs, and reckless inner freedom.
